How to Use the Engineering Calculators
SAE J429 Bolt Torque
Select the bolt diameter and thread size, enter the strength value and nut factor, then click Calculate Bolt Torque. The result is an estimated torque in lb-ft.
AWG Wire Size
Select an American Wire Gauge size and click Calculate AWG. The calculator displays wire diameter, cross-sectional area and an approximate ampacity reference.
UTS Conversion
Enter a tensile strength value, select its unit and click Calculate UTS. The calculator converts the value into MPa, kgf/mm² and PSI.
