What is more healthy: Cooked white rice or chapati made from RICE FLOUR?

http://

It is generally considered that chapatis made from rice flour are more healthy than cooked white rice. This is because chapatis are made from whole grain rice flour, which means that they contain more fiber and nutrients than white rice. White rice is a refined grain, which means that it has had the bran and germ removed during the milling process. This removes much of the fiber and nutrients from the rice, leaving a product that is largely made up of simple carbohydrates. In comparison, chapatis made from rice flour are a good source of complex carbohydrates, protein, and various micronutrients, including B vitamins and iron. They also have a lower glycemic index than white rice, which means that they are absorbed more slowly by the body and do not cause a rapid spike in blood sugar levels.
