RUSSIA-UKRAIN WAR EFFECTING INDIA?

UKRAINE-RASSIAN WAR:

On 24th feb 2022.

fear has come true when Russian  launched a military attack  on Ukraine

But does this war effect them only?

Not  it can also effect India in different ways but how?

 Let's  understand..........

EFFECT ON INDIA :

01,Crude oil prices:

☆The commodity exports believe the prices of  Brent  crude oil are likely  increase to $105 barrel.

☆India  has a good amount of metal exports from Russia,If there are more sanction on Russia and metal imports are banned then
it can bea big problem for India.

02,Loss in import-export :

☆ Indias exports amounted to a total of $550 crore to rassia and the import of $260 crore hahe come from rassia last year.

☆ So this rate of import export can effect at least for  this year.

03,Stock market:

☆Sensex has dropped  to 2700 points and nifty has dropped to approx 800 points.

☆ It is said to be the biggest  single-day fall in sensex stock  since march 2020.

04, Inflation:

☆ The increase  in oil prices will also affect the freight moment.

☆ It is expected  by economists that there will be a inflation increase in India.

☆If inflation rises,it will increase beyond the reserves bank's projected figure and the country's central bank will then be forced to increase  the rates.

05,Currency Exchange Rate:

☆ If this war continues, which is more likely to happen then the exchange rate can be effected and the india rupee may depreciate further.

☆ India's  total trade spending will also increase due to the impact on exchange  rate.

Now,

How India is analysing  the Ukraine-rassia dispute?

India currently has a neutral stand on the Russia- Ukraine dispute and has appealed to both both countries to exercise restraint.

    Well............
